Yes. Buyer audits and video walkthroughs are welcome; we regularly share line photos and live tours during active projects.
What is the minimum order?
Programs start at 50 sets, including custom OEM builds. Packaging-only customization may carry different minimums, confirmed at quotation.
How is pricing structured?
Published ranges run US$50–120 per set depending on material grade, decoration and accessories. Firm quotes are issued after a written specification.
How long does an order take?
Around 31 days for stock-configuration orders after sample approval; complex artwork or packaging adds review time, stated up front.
What customization is possible?

What is American mahjong?
It is the American adaptation of mahjong, played by four people with 166 tiles including 8 jokers, following the annual card published by the National Mah Jongg League.
How does it differ from Chinese mahjong?
American sets carry 166 tiles versus 144, use jokers as wilds, add the Charleston passing ritual, and play to patterns on the yearly NMJL card — so the two rule systems need different sets.
Is a 166-tile or 160-tile set right for me?
166 tiles (152 + 8 jokers + 6 blanks) is the full NMJL standard; 160-tile editions cover streamlined play and smaller-format sets at a lighter weight.
Do I need the NMJL card?
Yes, the league card lists each year’s winning hands and is required for standard play; it is purchased separately from the NMJL.
Can one set serve both American and Chinese play?
Largely yes — a 166-tile American set contains everything Chinese variants need; you simply set the jokers aside and skip racks.
Why acrylic tiles?
