The event program: lighter 160-tile sets in branded soft bags, ordered in volume for conferences, sales kickoffs and client events.
The milestone program: fully bespoke artwork tying the set to an anniversary or product launch, where the set itself is the campaign.
Budgets and Quantities
Corporate programs typically run 50–300 sets — conveniently starting at our 50-set minimum. Within the US$50–120 per-set factory range, the gift-box and engraving choices move the number more than tile count does. Logistics teams usually add custom sleeves or gift notes.
The Timeline That Works
Holiday-delivered corporate gifts should kick off by early September: two weeks for artwork and sampling, about 31 days for production, then sea or air freight with buffer. Every year we decline rush projects in November that would have been easy in September.
Domestic-event programs on shorter clocks are possible with air freight — raise the deadline in your first email and we will plan backwards from it.
What We Need From You
Vector logo files, brand color references, a tile-map idea for custom artwork if applicable, quantities, and the delivery date. Our side returns a spec, a quote and a sample plan within days. Corporate programs are the smoothest projects we run — when they start on time.
