Two Counts, One Standard of Craft

We build both formats on the same lines with the same compounds and finishing. The choice between them is about play requirements and retail positioning, not quality.

The 166-Tile Standard

The full American format: 152 playing tiles, 8 jokers and 6 blanks, sized to NMJL-standard dimensions so tiles work with standard racks and pushers. If your buyers play league or club mahjong — or you are unsure — this is the format to stock.

It is also the gifting default: the complete-set feeling matters when the box opens.

The 160-Tile Edition

Our second-biggest family: identical materials and finish in a lighter caddy. It serves travel sets, boutique mini formats, event programs and price-sensitive channels without stepping down material quality.

Retailers often pair the two: a 166 flagship and a 160 travel SKU from the same color story.

The Four Size Options

Custom programs can choose among four tile sizes — from mini editions popular for events and gifting up to full standard dimensions with maximum tile thickness (our 16mm builds) favored by players who want substantial tiles.

Size changes feel, weight, packaging and freight cost. As a rule: gifting skews smaller, club play skews standard-to-thick.

How We Advise Buyers

Tell us the channel and the player, and we will recommend a format rather than sell a catalog number. A boutique in Palm Beach and a tournament organizer should not be quoted the same build, even though both leave the same factory.
